Grufesa has launched ‘Emociones by Grufesa’, the new promotional campaign designed with consumers in mind, to spark their creativity in the kitchen, creating culinary experiences in a recipe competition all about combining berries and local ingredients and sharing the emotions and sensations that they inspire as a way of showcasing the region.
The chefs participating in the campaign, which runs until 18 March 2019, are Jose Almenta (La Tonelería de Almonte, Bollullos del Condado), José Duque (Casa Dirección, Valverde del Camino), Juan López (Ultra Marino, El Rompido), Antonio Ramón Macías (El Cerrojo Tapas, Alosno) and Raúl Soriano (Espacio Zenobia). They have each made a careful selection of local ingredients from the source as a way of showcasing the region and its wealth, and they have transformed them into mouth-watering creations that distil the authentic taste of Huelva.
The campaign’s purpose is to share the emotions inspired by the products used in each recipe, to promote the consumption of berries not just as a fruit, but also as an ingredient, along with other local ingredients and products.
Participation in the competition is open to the general public and entry is through the website www.emocionesbygrufesa.com
